I tried booking 3 tickets for PVR Priya via net banking. I tried twice and a total of Rs 1440 was deducted from my account. There was a message shown on screen - Transaction failed and money will be refunded. It's been over 3 weeks now, but money has not been refunded. I have dropped a mail to "feedback@pvrcinemas.com" , "sales@pvrcinemas.com" , "pvrsupport@pvrcinemas.com" but I have not received any reply so far. Can this be looked into ASAP please?

I had booked a ticket for Tanu weds Manu (Show time 9:40 pm, Saturday) through www.pvrcinemas.com. The money (Rs. 280) however had been debited from my account but I could not receive any confirmation mail or SMS atb my mobile. Kindly look into the issue and reverse the transaction for Rs 280. Below is the detail for the transaction ID from ICICI BANK. Hope for a positive response from your side. 26/02/2011 IIN/PVR LIMITED/20110226185540/0 DR INR 280.00 Please look into the issue.
